We must also provide care to those who have insurance and citizens.

The US Government spends a large portion of the national budget in providing aid to countries overseas and to those in the USA Illegally.

The IBM Corporation has made a FREE offer to the administration to use their software to spot the fraud. The same software that is being used by several states.
